What we do
This site is an independent referral service. When you call (206) 844-3577, an automated prompt asks for your ZIP code so your call can be matched with a participating company that serves your area.
What we do not do
We are not a contractor and we do not perform cleanup or repair work. We do not inspect homes or decide how the work is done. The company you speak with is responsible for its own work, licensing and insurance.
How we are paid
Participating companies pay us for referrals. We do not charge homeowners for connecting them with a company.
Availability
You can call at any time, but availability depends on the time of day. Fewer companies take calls at night and on weekends, and some calls may not connect. Calls from ZIP codes outside the participating areas cannot be connected.
Where our information comes from
Every guide lists its sources: Seattle Public Utilities, King County, Public Health, Seattle and King County, the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner, the Washington Department of Health and the US EPA. Nothing here is legal or insurance advice.
